Why this screen exists
In the live system a cash booking is written "paid" before a single riyal arrives, so nobody knows who took it or when. Here the booking stays owed until this button is pressed, and who took it, when, and how much VAT was inside it are all recorded.
A booking whose time has passed can still be taken: there is no no-show fee, but the price of the court is still a debt.
