What a bar does
It stops any new booking by this player at this branch, and shows as a mark in the club’s list.
What a bar does not do
It does not stop them signing into the app, it does not reach branches that were not named, and it cancels no booking they already hold.
A bar is written and lifted at the named branch alone, so nobody stays barred at a branch somebody thought they had cleared them at.
